Does Ravel accept insurance?
We operate on a cash‑pay model, which allows us to provide transparent pricing without insurance complications. Superbills are available upon request for potential reimbursement.
Does Ravel accept Medicare/Medicaid?
We are not legally able to bill any services through Medicare or Medicaid at this time. However, Medicare patients may work with a Ravel provider on a cash-pay basis if they have “opted out" of Medicare.
Medicaid patients may work with certain provider types as well, also on a cash-pay basis.
Can I change providers?
If after 3 visits (Initial Patient Visit + 2 monthly visits) you would prefer to work with someone else, you can request a new provider. There is a $95 administrative fee to make the change and a 90-minute appointment is required with the new provider.
Are testing and treatment costs included in my subscription?
Subscription fees cover the time with your dedicated provider. All labs, medications, supplements and partner programs are extra, but we provide substantial discounts to help keep these costs down.
When are subscriptions billed?
Our billing cycle renews on the 1st each month.
What is your cancellation policy?
Knowing how complex chronic illness is, we believe strongly in continuity of care and giving you and your provider an opportunity to set down a path together before moving on. With that in mind, we ask that you commit to a minimum of 3 visits (Initial Patient Visit + 2 monthly visits). If, at that point, you'd like to make a change, you can:

Cancel your monthly subscription ($95).
To do so, please contact us at support@ravel.health by the 20th of the month, and your change will apply the following month.
IMPORTANT: Once your Initial Patient Visit is scheduled and payment is processed, your subscription officially begins. If you decide to cancel after payment has been processed but before completing the minimum 3 visits, a $95 administrative fee will be deducted to cover onboarding costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
What happens if I don't use my subscription in a given month?
Like any subscription, a monthly gym membership for example, if you don't use it in a given month you are still charged. Ravel works the same way, so please be sure to utilize your 45-minute blocks of time each month.
What happens if I miss a scheduled appointment?
To respect everyone’s time, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you are a no-show or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit that appointment and still be charged for it. You may choose to reschedule (assuming provider availability) and will be billed accordingly.
